Opting for Brinks wireless alarm was the most unpleasant experience that I ever had .
First of all the person who installed the system was very unprofessional and ill informed and had very little experience. And now comes the real disappointment – I entered into a contract with them in 2004 which expired in 2007 (3 years contract) and I told them that I wanted to discontinue their services as I am shifting my house and still they are taking money from me every month.
I have complained to them numerous times to stop their automatic withdrawal but to no avail. I finally had to close my bank account in order to get it to stop!
