Finally I got rid of the brinks service! It was a horrible service. I had 2 smoke detectors which used to create lots of problems. Within the first 6 months I had to pay thrice my monthly bill for the repair and service charges! Finally I got rid of the smoke detectors. The motion sensors and my pets were never compatible, as they claimed to be and I used to have false alarm issues several times that I was in the verge of cancellation. But I was tied to the deal of 3 years. It is acceptable if they are sincere to their profession. I had very bad experience with this company
