I've had alarmforce for 5 yrs now and love it. I've never had a problem, tech was awesome, service dept great . A+ rating all around for them and i've had a few false alarms and they came over the 2 way voice instantly and the one time i wasn't home they notified the Police and within 3 mins I had the Helicopter in the sky circling my house with their huge light pointing down at my house and i rushed home to find 2 police crusiers also waiting in my driveway. I'm glad it was just my dog that set off the motion, but I was extremely impressed with their SUPER quick response to me and the police dept as well. I think Homeowner should think about what he is writing before he opens his mouth. You probably didn't pay your bill or something and now you owe them money and that's why you have a sour taste in your salty mouth. And 2 different installers are coming probably because of scheduling. Take you bogus complaint and maybe find out who built you home a screwed up the prewire.
