	Their alarm system might be good however, their customer service it&#39;s. not. They make you feel as if the only purpose was to get you into their contract. They don&#39;t care to keep you as customer. When you decide to Cancell they will be harsh and unconsidered. I have to remove the system not without damaging my walls and have to paint them again. I personally think that after three years of doing monthly payments to them, they should have taken care of removing the pieces and leaving my walls as they were. The pieces were installed as if the technician had intended to make it very difficult to removed them. It all fell in my behave after giving them business for over three years. The way they talk to you in their customer care department does not show any care at all. All companies should learn from APPLE&#39;s CUSTOMER SERVICES</p>

	This company &quot;fly by night&quot;. They obtained a one month permit to work in our town, and within a matter of a few hours made holes in my house. I was away at work, and the person who was there was allowed to sign. When I got home, I phoned the company. According to them the person who had &quot;installed&quot; the system, could not be contacted before the next day. I informed them that I intended to go to the police. The next morning they came to remove their stuff, but left the holes. Needless to say they were never heard of again. When I reported it to the town, I was informed that, because they had obtained a permit, the only thing I could do was to report it to the better business bureau. Even though they knew within four hours of &quot;installing&quot; it that it was unlawful, they still went ahead to take money out of the account (not mine) and it took about a month before that was paid back.</p>

	I have had an alarm system installed last summer. The work included pr-wireing for an extension. Since Protection subcontracts all their work, different technicians were sent during the install and each new one did not know what was done previously. As a result, many wires wires could not be located after the wall were closed and wires are still exposed on the walls. Many zones do not work to this date. I have not paid for the work, however they are very aggressive to collect. No matter how much I ask for a customer representative to pass by for an evaluation of the work, none has been sent. They just seem to forget about us until they send out another collection notice and I have to then explain to them the issue, which prompts them to promise to follow up on the issue, which is then forgotten..and the cycle continues..</p>

At protectron, you are responsible to double check your bills because if there are errors they will not tell you. They say they care but the only reason they have customers is for the money they get from them. They charge 2$ per account to sub contractors but will charge you more than 20$ for you. Please don&#39;t put your security in their hands. For your own sake.</p>
