	I agree with the previous post! Absolutely terrible customer service! Calling Customer Service to cancel account, transferred about 5 times, twice without even being told I was being transferred &#8211; by the Customer Service Dept themselves &#8211; how is that for &#39;service&#39;? I&#39;m mid-sentence and suddenly listening to hold music. Seriously? The System does not work the way it was explained. A number of false alarms, for services that aren&#39;t even being monitored: After entering your code to disarm the panel &#8211; no phone call to any of the three contact numbers provided. They even dispatched the fire dept last weekend over burnt toast, with no phone call to either of us &#8211; after disarming the panel! &#8211; said there was no &#39;premise number on file&#39;. Yet, upon installation, we paid a very expensive $220 fee upon installation to opt out of a LAN line and connect to ADT via our cells? For what? The worst part is that upon selling us the service, we unknowingly signed a 3 year contract (told verbally we could cancel at any time). They lied and shame on me for not reading the 6 page fine-print agreement I signed &#8230; No way out, like the last poster, sucking up the remainding 2 year term. Lesson learned! Stay away!</p>

	I have been dealing with Protectron for 3 years and have been having nothing but problems for 3 years. The first technician showed up on the wrong day and could hardly speak a word of English. They installed the wrong motion sensors 3 times before admitting that my dog would always set off the sensors and they would not cover the false alarm bills from the Police, even after admitting they installed the wrong sensors.</p>
<p>	Upon moving I got a bill for over $400. I&#39;m moving, why would I continue to pay for service at a location I no longer reside in?</p>
<p>	Customer service very poor, if I could I would give them 0 stars<br />

	We just had bought our new home and an alarm system was tops on my husbands list. So much so that he scheduled a visit the day we were moving which was a Saturday. The salesperson came in and was very nice and friendly. We scheduled the installation for Friday at noon. In order to schedule the installation we had to sign the contract which we did willingly as everything sounded great. However we received a phone call on Monday confirming our installation for Wednesday morning. Called this woman back several times that day and left message advising her that was not the time of installation and she never called back. The next day we again called her several times as well as the salesperson and again neither answered their phone or returned our phone calls. Then we called the 1-888 number who then proceeded to transfer us back to yet again the people who will not answer their phones after telling her they are not answering their phones. Then on Wednesday we again called the 1-888 number and it was not until the person was told not to transfer us until she had someone on the line. She then proceeded to attempt to contact them herself in which she was obviously unsuccessful. She then said she will be calling the salespersons manager and we can expect a call today No call. Friday we drafted our cancellation notice (you have 10 days to cancel your contract) and sent it to them via fax. On the weekend we find out they went ahead and charged our credit card for $430 for an installation they could not even contact us to schedule!!!! AMAZING!!!! This company is ridiculous. Go with any other alarm company and you will have better customer service.</p>

	Terrible customer service. They don&#39;t tell you that you are signing a 3 year contract (didn&#39;t read the mouse print on the reciept). The equipment doesn&#39;t work well, days between request for service and technician coming. I had to unplug my service for almost a week to wait for a technician to come and fix it. I cancel at the end of my contract and I have to send back the equipment by the 15th of the month. I have to pay the whole month in advance and no refund is forthcoming for service I do not recieve because the equipment is gone!!!. They have no good explaination. DO NOT USE ALARM FORCE!!!! They rip you off on the monthly monitoring and on ending the contract!!!</p>

	My husband and I are so disappointed with adt home security and are only staying with them until or contract ends. Their service dept and technicians need massive training. We have to cut our losses and just suck it up for one more year. Stay away from adt!!! Do your research!!!
