Issue With The Protectron Motion Sensors

We got the system installed 3 months ago.

The service was not bad except for certain issues with the motion sensor. But it was not pet friendly as promised by them. So ultimately we had to keep the system disarmed always. We informed them about this and they said there was some problem with the system.

They replaced it, and that too had the same issue. So to make it short, I had to pay the monthly charge without getting any service. And I have the advantage of being in a 3 year contract already. WHEW!  Not happy with this home alarm system.

    They have the worst customer care representatives. They will score well for arrogance and irresponsibility.

    Ok so your motion doesnt work..............hmmmmmm. Had to leave the alarm off................hmmmmmmmm. OK here it is!!!! 1st off any customer service rep at reliance would have told you to arm your system on stay mode. Leaves the motion off, and door and window sensors on. Standard install setup and mentioned with your training. 2nd the motion you had is pet sensitive, every motion is. It depends on your pet and its activity, they would have replaced to an upgraded model, (which is good for any pet up to 90lbs) for a minimal fee of $50 or even free.
