S.O.S. Security are the Authorized dealer for Reliance Protectron. AVOID!
I am appalled by this company and it's tone, best summed up as "bully style tactics"
I thought alarm companies had moved away from this style of security.
Threats being made by S.O.S was not in the contract.
You failed to deliver and you are trying to pass blame [...]

Signed up to there door to door sales man (fool I am). Notified them my home phone was changing and advised I needed a GSM instal, tried to arrange, they never showed up, then did not return calls. 2 months of no monitoring, so I canceled. Intimidating sales agent trying his luck.

AVOID ! AVOID ! this company! We moved our business and have been trying for a month to get them to deal with moving the alarm system. Service is non existent. They never return calls.

I have had an alarm system installed last summer. The work included pr-wireing for an extension. Since Protection subcontracts all their work, different technicians were sent during the install and each new one did not know what was done previously. As a result, many wires wires could not be located after the wall were closed [...]

Protectron had the worst customer service from day one. Their contracts are so shady and forget about trying to get out early – they'll charge you the cost of the whole term.

Is been 3 weeks and not ready yet,I signed contract,now they do not want to complete job, they want $500.00 for more devices,technicians no very professionals,sales person unreliable.What the crap of company.

I was hired by this company for so long. They are mistreating employees and are racists. They are also mistreating customers and are not giving priorities. When sales person would not give a competitive rate for a new contract I told them I was going to switch. Couple days later I used their "contact us" section of their website to tell them I would no longer do business with them. Three weeks later they emailed me to say they did not [...]

I found Protectron one of the largest company regarding installation and services of security alarms in USA and Canada. I am impressed from its discount offers and insurance facility as well as a number of accessories provided free of cost while installing the system.
