Your service is pitiful and virtually non-existent. It has taken about one month for you to respond to our need for new batteries that are only 6 months old and you still cannot reset and prove our home system. We are contemplating cancelling your so-called service.

At our church we had this company. We asked them to turn off the alarm during some construction. They agreed but never stop collecting $. They have been giving us the runaround with refunds. S.O.S. Security are the Authorized dealer for Reliance Protectron. AVOID!
I am appalled by this company and it's tone, best summed up as "bully style tactics"
I thought alarm companies had moved away from this style of security.
Threats being made by S.O.S was not in the contract.
You failed to deliver and you are trying to pass blame [...]

Signed up to there door to door sales man (fool I am). Notified them my home phone was changing and advised I needed a GSM instal, tried to arrange, they never showed up, then did not return calls. 2 months of no monitoring, so I canceled. Intimidating sales agent trying his luck.

These Guys are great. They upgraded my old system to this new Interactive technology which gives me full control over my I-Phone. The were able to maintain the detection from my old systems and it works perfectly with the new touch screen. One small issue after install but they came back and resolved it easily.

AVOID ! AVOID ! this company! We moved our business and have been trying for a month to get them to deal with moving the alarm system. Service is non existent. They never return calls.
