I was very happy to have Brinks Home Security and Fire Alarm System since we did not have much problems with the company for almost 1 year. One fine day, we had a fire in the kitchen and there was no response from them. We were surprised and had to do all the emergency measures by ourselves. Fortunately we were able to control the situation. Later when i contacted them, they sent someone and he said the system needed an upgrade.
When i asked why they didn't follow the routine check, he said when contacted us nobody returned their call or message (as per their record). I was so disappointed with the company. If no one responded from the customer side, it is their responsibility to do their part. We had to go through a serious issue and there is no value for the amount we are paying these companies. Thank god for insurance!
